Open House / Work Shop

All youth interested in aviation are invited to join us March 18th for our Open House/Workshop. You must be age 14-18 to attend. We will be teaching basic aviation concepts and information including but not limited to: Aerodynamics, Airport Operations, Power plants, Navigation and more. Each youth will get to participate in a preflight inspection of an actual airplane!  They will also get to hear from professionals who work  in aviation. 

All subjects will be a 20min presentation from our program youth and adult volunteers. Some sessions will have audio visuals, many sessions will have props and games. This interactive experience is designed to peek interest in getting involved in possible opportunities with the Sky Program. All youth must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.

We will be serving a pizza lunch. That is included with ticket purchase. Adults must purchase a ticket for lunch if thry want to eat. Click view more pricing options to add an adult ticket.
